A modern 950 square foot residence designed as a single level with large southern facing windows for solar gains and great views of the surrounding landscape. Ground level green-roof provides further thermal insulation, as well as an elevated social space atop the home.
Modern fixtures and appliances pop against white finished and warm exposed wood throughout the home. These colors and the large sun windows encourage natural light to illuminate and warm the primary social spaces.
